Horrible Initially came out to my home on10/9 to repair my washer.I was told parts would be ordered and it would take up to 5 business days for the parts to come in. after 6 business days I called avr they said they would look into it and call me back but never did so I called the following day same thing on the third day I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given to Ruby (very nice woman) she at least did call me back to say they where waiting on warranty company approval for the $3 dollar part. but then the next day th... read more
