This place ran my card for $288 then said their computer glitched. If I wanted to rent the Van I was told I had to run the card again. I did not have another $288 to tie up in a rental so I had to make other arrangements. I was told that I was not going to get charged for anything else and later that evening got charged another $50 for no show. Well the van was duck taped together, not much else to say! The entire process was a joke never again!!!
I rented a van brought it back at night dropped the keys in the drop box I called at 8 AM to see if they check the van in the van was missing and then They said I never turned it back in .so I tried to ask them should I report it stolen and they got upset with me and told me not to do it and then they told me they would call me back in a half hour so she could call her supervisor so I waited 2 hours and called back they didnât have a answer for me so I went up there and they were acting like it was not a big deal still and... read more
ðNot very good at all, but no choices
The agent who rented me the car wouldnât come out to the car to inspect for scratches and damages. She gave me the paper and told me to inspect it. During the whole rental period I was so nervous. It wasnât even busy. There was only one customer after me. I never experienced anything like that. Even though I bought the insurance from Hotwire, she tried to sell me expensive insurance and told me that Hotwire insurance wasnât good. The return was smooth.
