We have been in the vehicle rental business for over 12 years, renting all types of vehicles, and now specializing in Vans. We decided to become a van rental company because we felt it was an area we could do better in than any other company. We are the recognized industry leader in Van Rentals. Worst customer services ever. I made a reservation from March back in January 2024 and i got call 1 day before i was to pick up van. AVR is telling me that they are sorry but they have to cancel my rental because they made a mistake and over booked there vehicles. One day, Its all i get, and 'oh we are so sorry". They dint care that i would be stranded with kids and no other way to rent. Know i have to wait till funds are back on account and was told it could take a couple of day. WORTS EXPERIENCE ! ! !

If i can give 0…i will…we are very dis appointed…i almost having a cardiac attack…we can’t find this place…nobody knows where this place until we found their tel.number on google and tried to call them and wait 20 mins for somebody to pick us up.They give us 101thousand miles on the 7 seaters van…smells terrible…multiple dents…tire pressure check comes out…it’s a mess…never never again to this company.I won’t recommend it.
Your customer service needs improving. We are a church and we were charged tax for this rental. I specifically called the company to make sure this did not happen when we went in for the rental. The customer service at the counter said "Thiis is the wrong form. I've never seen this form". Strange how we have rented so many vans from other companies and never had any difficulty with being tax exempt and our tax exemption form. This place was horrible. 1st the pickup location was a totally different place than what is listed on the reservation. No phone call or email to let customers know this. Then, my 12pm reservation had been changed to 8am and the lady at the counter threatened to cancel it several times and then re reserve a vehicle for me at a rate DOUBLE the price. Finally after my brother in law begging her not to. she says "if she can get here by 12 I'll give her the van" look at my reservation email - pickup time: 12pm; wth?? Then I get ... read more
