If there is a possibility to leave zero stars I absolutely would. Read to the end... Absolute scam, worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve rented vehicles internationally in languages I didn’t even speak and never had an experience like this. Awful customer service. First, they don’t tell you through third party booking that this is not part of the airport car rental center so we were dropped off at the wrong place to start. Older short haired lady was very rude and condescending.
Terrible everything. Waited 2 hours for the van to arrive. How can anyone run a business like that. Will never use again.

Be careful. Not as advertised! Wasted 2 hours of my time....
False advertising. Offer low rate, but will make you jump through hoops to verify insurance....or sell you a plan for $35/day. Have the insurance they wanted but could not get a hold of insurance company because it was after hours. No mention of the extra requirement when booking through Expedia. Really a time waster
