Our 3 vehicles will go here and nowhere else. Always friendly over the phone. Quotes are close unless something is out of scope or come up, and communications have always been involved when outside of those. While there during an oil change, a man walked in and said he was traveling and some vehicle issues. They were accommodating and even helped him remove his trailer to get the vehicle in. It's worth the drive-through crazy town, Missoula, and worth the money, which in my case has been under many others in town.
I was on a trip across Montana in late February, 2025, when a spark plug blew out of the cylinder head on my Ford van. We drove to Missoula and stayed overnight and on Monday morning, I started calling shops to see when I could get my van repaired. The Ford dealer and the next 2 shops I talked to were all 2 weeks out. I took my F-150 to get the AC looked at on a Thursday morning and they had it diagnosed and fixed by the next day before noon. I can't recommend AVR enough, they are very nice and do great work.

I was recommended by a customer and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend AVR because they are "Honest" and "Professional" on how they do things! I thought I had a transmission problem and was scare to death that it was going to cost me an arm or leg but it turned out not to be. AVR could of said it was and I wouldn't of know but they didn't!
