This was supposed to be a drop and hook, the dropping and hooking took less than 15-20 minutes. But I’ve now been here for 2 hours and still haven’t seen a soul willing to get me my BOL so I can roll. I’m never taking another Amazon load. It’s not just this place it’s all Amazon facilities. They have zero regard, respect, or consideration for drivers.
