Brett is very professional and courteous. We called on a Saturday that we had a broken pipe. He called us Sunday evening and said he had 2 jobs on Monday and would be by our place afterwards. Monday he called from the second job and said there was a problem, but he would get to us when he was finished. We heard from him Monday afternoon that he was on his way.
