Top notch care. Dr. Robert Burlet, nurses, all staff were amazing. I brought my husband to the ER about 10:30 am, with exceptional care we are grateful to have received prompt & effective care. Avoyelles ER will be our first and only choice.
Racist hospital. They gave me weird looks , the doctor didn’t even check me . He only spoke about Tylenol causing autism and asked if I take it (mind u I’m 33 weeks pregnant ) I said not really . He proceeded to go speak on that with his colleagues and they were laughing saying “every mother takes Tylenol “ . THE worst part about it is they lied about my urine results out of pure laziness and racism and said I had a uti and to take medicine for it . Avoyelles Hospital Community Health Center
The nurses are exceptional. The place is clean and I was in and out of the ER relatively quickly. However (and I know they’re aware because he’s the cause of their low rating) Dr. Ritter is a menace. Rude, condescending, and barbaric. Get rid of this guy and you’d have a top notch medical facility.
