My husband, Gordon, and I have used Avoya Travel starting in 2014. Our personal Avoya agent at Newport Coast Travel is phenomenal - always ready to get our trips planned for us in a helpful way.
We booked our cruise through one of Avoya's partners The customer service was outstanding. When the time comes, we will book our airline and hotel as well.
Carmen provided services above and beyond. We received a great deal and Carmen worked with Oceania to find openings for an excursion that showed as booked online. If you are going to travel, you want to see/do it all.
Diane Payjak with Avoya Travel is our agent. She took good care of our every detail to insure we had a great vacation on our Upper Mississippi River Cruise. She is most attentive, very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. We will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is planning to travel
