Very accommodating on last minute time change and they we're nice, was easy and felt comfortable. It's nice to know this service is avaliable as its always tough getting some of these tests ordered by doctors/specialists in Alberta.

Three stars for the simple fact that they are getting even more expensive with their mobile collections. Just not an option any more. These tests (and all the added fees) are so expensive as it is. They should be looking at ways to make it more affordable to reach a broader demographic instead of pricing themselves out. I make a good living too, having to look for other options though because it’s just not sustainable.
This is a very welcoming environment, they make the whole process easy and seamless. I was done before my appointment time started . They answered my questions and gave me all the information I needed, they will make it happen for you no matter what. They are the best
