Lovely friendly family owned company. So much choice at Avonvale. Once choice is made, date for fitter organised - pretty smooth process. Just as I like it.
Professional from beginning to end, highly recommend them. Great fitter who was prompt and made an excellent job.
After arriving 50 minutes late, and no courtesy call, the gentleman attending told me he was late as they've emailed me numerous times and I've not responded (blame shifted). To clarify, I didn't respond to the last email which asked what Tapi had quoted and what carpet (which really isn't necessary). He was clearly stressed, and short fused.
