Ripoff merchant!! I paid £150 callout fee. My flat was leaking water which was dripping through the bedroom ceiling of the flat below. Mario came and said he couldn’t find any water coming from anywhere in my flat. He said I would need to get someone to trace the leak from downstairs. He left, having hacked away at the downstairs ceiling. The management company came and found that the seal around my bath was leaking and this was causing the problem. I have had to pay another plumber to seal the bath and the leak has stopped.
The plumber has fixed our plumbing on Two occasions and done a good job
