My experience here was dismaying to say the least. Dr. Quinn was polite and gentle in demeanor, I didn't have an issue with him. However, almost everything else there went south and I'm still haunted by what happened to this day. When I went in for the initial check-up they were trying to get images of the inside of my mouth. They had this large thing they were trying to put into my mouth as part of the imaging process. My mouth is annoyingly small and so they were having difficulties. I cannot stress how incredible the team is here. They are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I have never felt more confident in my dental care. Before this clinic I had seen many dentists and hygienists who were dismissive of my concerns and questions. I became anxious going for routine checkups, but I have only had positive experiences with the team at Avonlea. They also make insurance, payment and scheduling very smooth and easy.
