I’ve been going to this place since 2017/18 because it is closer to my office. I have never been treated well, though I was thanking him for the job he’s done or not done. I’m a black, single woman and I know I haven’t been treated same way I see them treat others. He gives me appointments and he won’t be there or tell his mechanics, he tells me he’ll get the parts and call me but never does after texting him more than once.
