IF YOU MOVE THERE YOU WILL SEE ITS THE WORST PLACE IN THE CLARKSVILLE TENN AREA . THE STAFF IS SO PITFUL IT MADE ME CRY .. its been 10 months calling and calling and emailing Elaina Johnson and Suzanne to get my deposit back and she quit answering my emails/calls and Suzanne was fired. this place is not the place for family's, the first weeks we moved in there was a shoot down in the parking lot of the apt and the resident started to tell me 3month before we moved in there was another shooting and the guy died having to do with making meth and money. I have lived here for awhile now and absolutely love it. The apartment is spacious and very fairly priced. The apartment complex (overall) is quiet and it is always kept clean and well maintained. The complex manager (Suzanne) is super nice, listens whenever I have a question, and tries to make everyone feel welcome as her door is always open. There is plenty of parking here at Avondale and there is even a community workout room with exercise equipment. I have not had a single maintenance issue since I moved in, but I do see... read more
When we 1st moved in to the Apartment, its was not clean from the last tenant that was living there. Just by looking at the bathroom it looks like you would get a staff infection just by staring at it. seriously! urine all over the toilet! The Neighbors told me the guy that lived there was a smoker, and what do you know it reeked of smoke. We asked the lady that showed us the Apartment how the crime is here and she said " oh no there's no crime at all". I MOVED IN HERE THINKING IT WAS GATED AND HAD ALL THESE AMMENITIES SO IT WOULD BE A LITTLE NICER OF A PLACE TO LIVE. BOY WAS I WRONG!THE EXERCISE ROOM IS A JOKE THE TREADMILL DOSENT WORK AT ALL, AND BESIDES THAT ALL THERE IS ARE A BUNCH OF WEIGHTS, AND A BROKEN T.V.
