Things change every time I go. First, they say they don't do a curtesy car wash or that the machine is broken. One time, I took it for an extended warranty issue and they didn't charge me for diagnostic, however Second time I took it for another extended warranty issue they wanted to charge me $290 and I took it for oil change and no shuttle or Uber or Lyft anymore? I had to walk home. Why the inconsistency?
We have a Chevy Silverado one ton truck with a lifetime oil change Being a Nissan dealership they took my appointment changed my oil and was extremely polite and courteous Very pleasant experience
