I have never been to a service department that cares for their customers, inform you about service that should be addressed without any pressure and always have fixed or serviced my vehicle right the first time!!
I dropped my car off today for a diagnostic test at 10. I called service was transferred left message at 5pm they close at 6pm. I received no call back, no we are still working on finding the issue, no we are going to have to keep your car over night. Customer service is a very strong point communicating with your customers is very important. Now ill have to pay a diagnostic fee and really don't want to use foe repairs if this is how it goes.
