I was worried about how thorough the vent cleaning was going to be, but the technician spent over an hour making sure even the tougher spots were cleaned. I just wish they had been a little clearer up front about the extra expense for the disinfection treatment, but otherwise I'm happy.
Two pros arrived out on schedule and had it installed in about three hours with minimal disruption to our daily routine. They had been with a supplier previously and had problems with scheduling and they were complimented on their punctuality and efficiency.
The problem was a build up of dust in the vents, they cleaned it up quickly and efficiently in an hour and a half as opposed to another company who quoted me double the time and expense. Glad I got a second opinion, this group was thorough, but more to the point.
They installed a new air conditioning unit for us and everything was completed on schedule. Very satisfied with the results.
