The original build experience was mostly good, though it became bumpy towards the end and after handover. Since Simon has taken over he has ensured that majority of my issues have been resolved to a satisfactory standard. Just under 2 years since we moved into our amazing home. During the build we experienced a massive amount of rain that came over months causing issues with the build schedule. Avondale were great and worked with us to get the build done. Were their other issues during the build? Sure. Were they resolved? 100% of the time. They were fantastic in bringing my dream come to life in Burleigh Waters and at such a great price compared to some of the ‘other’ custom home builders. They were honest and did their best to stick to my budget while delivering a high quality build. Highly recommend the whole Avondale team!
