Love our beautiful home that Avondale built. Was great to be able to create our home from the plan to a design that suited our family and lifestyle. We finished our build in 2022, and any little issues we’ve had have been fixed promptly with no problems. We have been really happy with the after service too. We get lots of driver by people stop and ask who built our house and receive many compliments.

Highly recommend Avondale, they are very transparent and have worked hard on selecting great trades. Building is stressful but they communicated throughout the whole build which made us feel confident that we chose the right builder. The designs they produce are outstanding, they nailed ours straight away.
