This place used to be very good at handling all of my dry cleaning needs. They have decided to charge me different amounts for the exact same services before. I don't know if it's based on what kind of day they are having, but it shouldn't be different. When I asked why it's different, they gave me a broad answer that didn't even answer the question in the first place. I asked for pants to be hemmed and requested that a certain amount be taken off.
