Service is definitely what it used to be. Priority seems to be sales over service. Also loaner vehicles don't exist anymore but 3-4 day for service because of "backlog" of work. (I suspect shortage of mechanics/service technicians). It should not take for days to fix A/C issues. A satisfied customer is a customer that will give positive reviews for positive service results.
