I have lived here 2 years now. They have been very respectful of my family’s needs. As well as kept the place looking great inside and out! Open living spaces! Huge bathrooms! I love it here!

I need at least 1 star to even write the review. I just moved in and I truly regret it. My neighbors upstairs are so loud and inconsiderate. All I hear is them stomping, running, flipping & flopping all day and half the night. I just had to buy a new tire for my car yesterday because there is broken glass all over the street and some of it got into my tire. Avondale Apartments are great for Children. They have a playground. They have a swimming pool. The apartments are completely fenced in for security purposes. There's a gym, pool table, and there are outside grils great for picnic. There are one bedroom, one bathroom. Two bedroom Two bathrooms. Washer/ Dryer hook ups. Very nice apartments here. Nice layout, Mailboxes are on property.
