I’m just putting a post up, as I had my TAB account frozen and was told to go to a licenced premises to do an Identification check ! I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who fetched the Manager for me, on arrival she was straight away lovely I did not get her name, she was so helpful went out of her way to help me, from ringing TAB direct multiple times to having a rude customer agent named “Michelle” speak to me like I was poop under her shoe !!
