My husband has been to ASC multiple times for vision issues. We have found the staff to be professional, caring and always friendly. The doctors are informative and seem to care for their patients. The offices are aesthetically pleasing and very clean although sometimes cold in the winter. Highly recommend this surgery center.
Our experience was good. Staff was professional and courteous. We were greeted immediately upon entering, even though the waiting room was full. A short wait time and pretty much everything was as expected.
Always running behind and they are not organized. They shared inaccurate information regarding expectations with my family member prior to the procedure and in the written instructions provided after.
