One of the women that works here is extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband that had nothing to do with her, and she immediately butts in and starts acting all disgruntled and then I’m talking to another employee about her and come to find out, this is normal behavior for her I’m sorry, but if I’m at work, I am absolutely not talking to customers the way she was talking to me And the fact that this is an ongoing issue when she still has her job makes me question goodwill altogether and then I watched her ... read more
First time I have ever donated to any Goodwill and had this kind of deplorable experience. Right out of the gate the guy was rude and demanding. I handed him the first item, a brand new pair of leather work boots in the box, and in a snarky way he asked what is this. Then he started to analyze the second item, stating we won’t take this. Clothing, housewares, shoes and more….over $2000 worth of useful donations that were mostly new. This goodwill is hilarious I brought a tote full of bran new stuff in the packaging MOSTLY EVERYTHING WAS NEW something I had opened up but they made a huge deal about not accepting something’s because it was opened I said so u don’t take used stuff then made up some excuse why this and that these people need to realize ITS THE GOODWILL DONATIONS meanwhile u get a whole cart full of dirty clothes and smelly pillows
Lots of items are over priced. I went in and it was just too crowded. I look for sewing items which they hardly have anymore.
