I am very impressed with Avon Security and how they treat their customers. When I had an issue with a product and wrote in the president wrote me back within 30 minutes to help me get set up with a tech for troubleshooting. After going through all the possible solutions (which didn't work), it was clear there had been a production/manufacturer error with the product and Avon was quick to recognize that and promptly sent me a replacement. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend! From Frank to the AR Team to Gurpreet the service is far beyond my expectations. Thank you for your help in choosing the right system for my company and special thanks to Gurpreet for walking me through set up and demo until I got the hang of it. I may still need assistance but his step by step and patiece is unheard of.
This company is a nightmare to deal with. Not only did they refuse to accept any responsibility for their mistakes, but their customer support staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the legitimate concerns I raised, the owner actually harassed me, making the entire experience even more stressful. It’s shocking how a business can operate with such poor ethics and blatant disregard for their customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.
