This was our second stay at this little gem. The rooms are cozy and very clean. The split system worked well for both heating and cooling. The bathroom was decent. The only thing was the temperamental shower which changed temperatures at times but generally the water was hot. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. Check in / out was easy with good communications by the host. The location was convenient and we weren’t bothered by any loud noise. Thanks for the great experience - we look forward to our next stay!

Great location — really convenient and close to the main road, which made getting around very easy. Check-in was smooth as well, with clear instructions and the room code sent ahead of time. The room itself was okay. It seemed a bit worn from peak season use, and while the sheets were clean, some things like the towels looked quite old and grey, which made them feel less fresh. Arrived at 9.30pm, travelling from Melboune. Took 20mins to find room, tried contacting number on reception. No answer. Read instructions, however dots on gate are not visible at night and expected to park hard up against colourbond fence with 3 bins, was impossible. Entered and light switch was not easy to find in the dark. Many switches and lights dont work. Found an exposed double light point, clean dishes still in dishwasher, wet dish cloth on sink. We stayed at Avon motel on our way back to Geelong from Canberra with a toddler/ The rooms had all the amenities from microwave to AC. Tv with Netflix. What else you need. The space was beautifully designed and rooms were spacious. Cute courtyard and access to grill and barbecue. My daughter had enough space to walk outside and play on the lawn. Staff was very kind and helpful. I left my jewellery and staff was kind enough to get in touch and send it back to me. Thank you for the stay and everything.
