One of the best city pools around! We have a corporate membership for the first time this year and will absolutely be renewing it next spring, family of 5. Lots to do for all ages. Concessions are reasonable, they didn’t close unnecessarily or excessively and are open on Sundays, unlike Bay’s City Pool. Swim test for the kids to earn wristbands to use the diving board areas. Great pool, lap lanes are always set aside for swimmers and a clean well run facility. Love it!
We found a way to continue to segregate pools legally by making them residents-only, didn't we? The Amherst and Oberlin pools do no such thing. What a miserable restriction for people who might be visiting nearby who are trying to get some exercise and willing to pay the fee. Sometimes I wish I were a lawyer so I could find a way to sue places like this out of existence on civil rights grounds.
