First time there and I was very pleased with the staff and service we received. The vet assistant was very nice and helpful. The vet was knowledgeable and did a great exam on my fur baby. He was a little scared when we was waiting but did just fine during his exam. Also received allergy med for 30 days plus refills at a reasonable price.
The clinic was neat and comfortable ... the personnel were friendly and knowledgeable ... the doctor was kind, gentle, understanding and well versed in diagnosis and treatment of my dog's condition. I could not have asked for a better experience for both my Lab and I ... and would absolutely recommend these folks anytime, anywhere!
Took my dog in with a skin condition and wasn’t even prescribed anything for it. You’re better off with the YouTube vet that provides remedies that actually work and more affordable. I spent so much money for nothing
Brought my 2 Rottweiler puppies to this clinic for their vacs and asked about if they give titter testing… I was told that it’s illegal … Lol!!! just say you don’t offer the services so I can find another vet. Clinics like these depend on pet parents who don’t do their own research!! Why mislead when information can be found online? AND other vets offer them in Indy. I brought my dog in because she had a little bump on the bottom of her paw, I thought maybe she had stepped on something. It was already very sensitive and causing her pain. The doctor took 2 or 3 tries to try to take a sample of the tumor or bump, without sedating my dog. Obviously if the area is already in pain, having a large needle get a sample on the bottom of the paw would be a bad idea unless sedated. On the last try, my dog flinched resulting in the needle giving her a deep wound on her paw. What did they do to help ... read more
