I had a wonderful experience at AvonMax. I made an appointment online for a French gel mani pedi, very easy to book. The nail technician (Lee) was very talented, and did a design I requested on my thumbs- free-hand which came out really nice! And the massage made the whole visit feel luxurious. Highly recommend making an appointment before you visit.
I have been taking my daughter to AvonMax since they first opened, and she has always enjoyed her experiences there. Unfortunately, over the past several months, the level of service has noticeably declined. During our previous visit, she felt rushed throughout her appointment. New employees rush and don’t understand what you are requesting. Had to leave unhappy three times , they didn’t even care about me as a customer going there for three years.
NEVER GO HERE This place DAMAGED my nails SO BADLY!!! My nails were in PAIN FOR A MONTH after my visit here! Walking out the place was painful! I have to wait to grow COMPLETELY NEW NAILS!!! And I don’t even know if my nail matrix is PERMANENTLY DAMAGED yet!!! I should be reimbursed and given an apology. I am pissed that I have to wait 12 months for new nails and who knows if they will ever heal. They are growing DEFORMED so far. It’s been over 3 months since my visit. I cant believe someone would do this to another person.
My go to place for my nails 🩷 they always do a great job and its a relaxing atmosphere.
