Stay far away from this company!!! My sister booked a car for 6 people well in advance for her wedding. She confirmed the day before and they show up on her wedding day with a car for 4!! No apologies or anything!! They even had the nerve to put the blame on her!!! Terrible!!! Would never do business with them!
They were supposed to show up for my nieces quincencera and 15 minutes after their show up time we find out they were not showing up. Even though they took our credit card information and we called to confirm they confirmed there was miscommunication within their company which resulted in our day almost being ruined and causing us to scramble. If you want to know for sure a limo is going to show up, pick a different company.
The party bus was not clean. The windows had hand prints from what looks like the pervious use. The seats were torn and broken and the AC barely worked. I would not recommend using this company.
Great company, easy to work with. Scheduled a car for LaGuardia Airport pickup and drop off in CT for my parents. LaGuardia is a hot mess right now so it took my parents a bit to get from Terminal C to Terminal A. The driver Johel was amazing. Patiently waited there with a sign for them for about an hour until they could meet. Super nice about it, Dad said he was an awesome guy, excellent service. Will be booking with them again next time and try to get Johel as well
Thank goodness I did not book with this company. I called around to get a quote for a limo service and noticed their price was very appealing. I was told I was talking to the owner in which I let him know that I was calling around for competitive prices. I mentioned I called Limousines of Connecticut right before him and they were a bit higher than his quote. He went on to trash this company saying that I can book with them if I want but he has heard horror stories about them taking people's money and never showing up. I cal... read more
