We booked a limo for our wedding day and let them know upfront it was for the bride, groom, and wedding party. It was horrible. The weather was a warm 85/90 degrees and the limo arrived with no A/C in the limo. That nearly ruined the wedding party's clothes, makeup for the bridesmaids, hair, etc. On top of the fact there was no air, there was no trunk space for any of our items we needed to carry with us to the venue (think small hand bags and jacket garment bags, the cheap ones from rental places).
