Nice lash work, but poor communication skills. Kate said I had a week to come in for fallen lashes or to fix something I didn’t like. I texted her the day after, she took a few days to respond & then I never got a response back.
Everyone is really kind, I only did the hair service. I feel like they didn’t do it right, so I have to save up money to get it fixed. I got Balayage and came out with orange-brass color hair. I thought it was good until people started pointing out why it’s a brass orange color.
