I am so, so grateful that Dr. Ellen Tousaw took me on as a patient when she joined the practice. I LOVE her. Also grateful that the STAR family health team does after-hours clinics to make up for this area's lack of walk-in clinics.
I and others have found this place to be the worst medical practice and they should shutter the place. Rude, condescending women at reception and the doctors spend more time chattering while patients wait. Good luck getting issues resolved. You have to be desperate to go to this office. Go anywhere else if you value your health.
I was recently accepted as a new patient to this clinic and have been very pleased with the service so far! My husband and I were booked in for a first visit + checkup and both felt they went very well. Dr Tousaw was extremely friendly and helpful, as were the reception area staff. I like that the doctor can send you email follow ups versus having to book extra appointments and go back in person.
