Went through Avon Dental to replace my TMJ mouthguard, I’ve had one for six years and it was time. The process with the aura type ring monitoring the sleep apnea was much better and easier for the sleep testing. I knew I had sleep apnea before But did not want to wear the cumbersome breathing mask and I am treating my TMJ with this new mouthguard and sleep tape.
