I had my car damaged . taking it to avon city ford paint an panel . Peter provided quick response courtesy car and great service . It was finished in a couple of days with a great job . Also washed . I'm very happy and would recommend to others .

Extremely disappointing experience with Avon City Ford. After a hit-and-run incident, my insurer Tower gave me a choice of two repairers. I regret choosing Avon City Ford. Repairs were needed to the front right of the vehicle, including panel and suspension work, plus a full headlight replacement. They installed a refurbished headlight unit—which I wouldn’t have minded if it matched the other side. Instead, it was visibly sun-damaged, with cracked and hazy internal plastic.
