This place is great! I called around 3:45p to ask if they had time to clean a battery terminal. They took my car, looked it up on carfax, and asked if I wanted an oil change too. All done by 5p. So happy. And terminals look great!
Avon Auto & Truck is a wonderful shop. They are accommodating, and available to help. They also don’t try and find things wrong with the car. They address the issue with competency and in a timely manner. Finally, they check in with you after your service to be sure everything is working well. Hands down, excellent customer service.

The thermostat died on our Ford Explorer late in the day. They agreed to take the car the next morning, had it repaired by the end of day and charged less than the estimate. Very friendly and professional service. We will definitely use them again.
Great experience! I was able to get there before they opened and they were able to get me in right away to have my winter tires put on my Subaru. Really nice waiting room. Staff was very helpful. Really appreciated it.
