I limped into their shop on a Friday at 4:45 p.m. with my truck overheating. Even though it was late in the day, they pretty much dropped everything and focused on helping me. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed EGR cooler and got the repair process started right away. They also gave me a loaner car, which was a huge help because I had work planned at my lake place and was still able to get everything done.
