THESE APARTMENTS ARE A SCAM‼️‼️‼️‼️ I rented one bedroom apartment only furniture I had was a bed and TV. They wanting to charge me for damages to the walls but those damages were there prior to me moving in. There was nothing hung on the wall when I rented because I didn’t have anything in the apartment but a bed and TV. They truly don’t care for their residents. This is not a place for a family . We have a brand new baby not even 3 months old and we are active duty military. the management is ok with residents on the third floor throwing parties on weekdays every week . They are constantly screaming , singing , stomping, drinking, and smoking weed , ect. We have brought it to management multiple times and first they told us to call the “courtesy officer” we have done that . I hat started off as a pretty awesome experience at the beginning ended in disaster. If you even think of getting back any sort of deposit money back you will be rudely reminded that you will get nothing back. Moved out roughly 3 months ago and was sent an idolized statement with a refund amount for cleaning the apartment and getting it ready for the next tenants. Fine. RecommendedI love the location of the apartment complex. I had a great encounter with Stacey In the leasing office. She was very empathic with my situation and helped me meet my needs. I truly recommend Stacey.
I have lived here for close to two years and have enjoyed it very much. It has provided a safe place to take long walks with my pet and made to feel as though I am at a park rather than an apartment complex. It’s a great area with the apartment being right off the highway. The ladies at the front office have always been friendly and taken care of any requests. The maintenance crew is just as as great as well.
I’ve had a great experience here living at Avocet! The girls Stacey, Cecilia & Diane are all very friendly. They always have food trucks and provide great service!
Make sure you pay the rent the first 3 days of the month. otherwise it's $100 extra add on! Im from Kentucky we have 5 days to pay, didn't know it was different here. Also they have thief around the parking plot if you forgot to block your car there is chance it's got broke in. That was what happened to my roommate. Also they have a fire storage and they turn the machine constantly makes noise every hour all day. Unfortunately my apartment is right next to that and I mention them about it they will do nothing.
