Dr Kien Cao Xuan has been my doctor for just over 20 years and, in all honesty I would entrust my life with this guy He is; without doubt one of the best practitioners I have been lucky enough to have and I could not recommend him, or his colleague, Mandy, highly enough.
I was treated with unbelievable disrespect by Dr Kien. It was extremely unsettling and unprofessional. I am a previous patient at this practice and so is every member of my family, yet when I came to see Dr Kien he refused to let me explain my health concern and instead began berating me for booking an appointment with him instead of going to my usual practice. I’ve been a patient here for 8 years and now my son (whose 1) is too. I’m grateful for the wonderful care we both receive from the gps, they are always so thorough. A special mention to the kind reception team too.
Always very professional and best service. Dr Mandy is so caring to her patient. Would love to recommend to anyone who is looking for good GP practice
