I am a current patient at this surgery. I have had the pleasure of being treated by both Dr Angela and Dr Kien. Both are very compassionate, understanding and approachable . Dr Kein has been my rock, my support and my guide supporting and encouraging me every step of my medical condition. His ideas on how to approach stress and mental health is amazing. Dr Kien Cao Xuan has been my doctor for just over 20 years and, in all honesty I would entrust my life with this guy He is; without doubt one of the best practitioners I have been lucky enough to have and I could not recommend him, or his colleague, Mandy, highly enough.
I was treated with unbelievable disrespect by Dr Kien. It was extremely unsettling and unprofessional. I am a previous patient at this practice and so is every member of my family, yet when I came to see Dr Kien he refused to let me explain my health concern and instead began berating me for booking an appointment with him instead of going to my usual practice. I’ve been a patient here for 8 years and now my son (whose 1) is too. I’m grateful for the wonderful care we both receive from the gps, they are always so thorough. A special mention to the kind reception team too.
