The property was filthy, it had a really bad mould problem and it smelled damp and generally unhealthy. The bed linen was dirty, the bed head had mould growing on it, there were gnats flying around the room, there was dust and dirt everywhere. I refused to stay there and the property management refused to give me a refund despite seeing the photos I took of the room.
