Candice is always friendly and reliable. Goes out of her way to acclimate me every time, despite my late check ins and often earlier departures. Would recommend to anyone!
We Stayed in Room 11 this week & the first Noticeable aspect is the Very Stained Carpet!!! Other Items that were Disappointing were -No Tea Towel, No Plates, No Biscuits , Very Small amount of Coffee Provided ,(THEN REPLENISHED ON REQUEST) No Soap Holder in Shower, Rooms Not Serviced Once during our 4 Night Stay .
