Popped into the pub for a sneaky mid strength beer and feed. Pleasantly surprised. Was a Wednesday lunch so very quiet. The location on the balcony was lovely up in the treetops. Staff member saw me looking at the menu and was thoughtful to come over and inform me of the $22 sirloin special which I was easily convinced to order. Was very nice and great value. Cooked perfect med rare, nice hot crispy chips and a decent side salad with a nice dressing. I’ll be back!
The place is a maze of roads and trees. Room numbers were impossible to see from in the car, and no signs anywhere to indicate where room numbers are. Arrived in the dark and rain. Took 30 to get the room sorted.
