Worked with Jim thru some supply chain issues on our split rail, he was great throughout. Fence looks amazing would absolutely recommend.
Very professional,easy to deal with & reasonable prices,how ever,the person that installed the fence was not cooperative at all & threatened to quit after starting the fence if I did not pay him evey day until completion, therefore, I would not do business with them again. 😒
A terrible experience! I was told by their home office that I would have my fence no within 3 weeks.i payed $2,500.00 by credit card. Three weeks came and went. I called and inquired. I was frustratingly put on hold and left there many times. I called again, same thing. I was then given various reasons why it was not ready. At the 6 week point I was told the sales person had never ordered properly but it was ordered today and will be here next week”. I can not believe this after 6 weeks.
