I'm glad to see another reviewer reinforced my feelings and it's not all in my head. For one thing, their website was down at the time so I had to place my order over the phone. They said some misleading stuff over the phone about how they handle credit card information so I sent an email asking them to clarify how they handle the credit card information and they sent NO LESS than three "help ticket" emails "assigning" me a number but did not follow-up with any response...and this is in regards to credit card information!
