Very poor customer service and suppliers of defective products that they wont take back or replace.
Ordered a part on the 6th of June. The part was in stock but the shipping date was 26th of July. Sent email after email and got no response. Finally cancelled the order and got the money refunded 2 weeks later. Just received a rude email from Online support US. "Since you haven't responded we are closing the case" This came a week after we closed the case at our end. The customer support section is a complete mess.
