Very friendly staff and also very quiet and nice testing center
This place is horrible. There is a young man at the front desk who has absolutely no manners; they supposedly give you a sheet of paper to write on, but if you try to use it, they shut your computer, kick you out, and won't let you speak—even though, before the exam starts, they tell you that you can use it for writing. This place is horrible.
I TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY I DIDNT GET A PRINT OUT OF NY PASSING TEST SCORE WHEN EVERYONE ELSE DID , THE GENTLEMAN SAID I GET IT ONLINE BUT THATS NOT WHAT PSI EXAMS STATED WHEN I CALLED THEM AFTER MY TEST ! PSI SAID THEY CAN PRINT IT OUT ! 5/22 VERY ODD TREATMENT!
