Great Experience
Do not ever take a test here EVER! I came prepared to take the TEAS test exam at this location and halfway through the test the computer I used froze. I was forced to have the test unfinished and refered to speak to ATI testing support line. MAKE SURE your testing location has computers that WORK PROPERLY!
3/31 - Tyler and Anthony were both extremely patient and were very helpful when there was an error on the exam screen. The were kind, patient, and well-informed. After my exam, they gladly filled out an incident report to document the technical error that I had during my exam. They were accommodating and had excellent customer service. This is probably one of the best testing sites I've been to. They are very strict and thorough which is great for no distractions. The only complaint I have is that someone was vacuuming very loudly next door for a short period of time. This place was overall a good space to take an exam!
