The AVMedia team did an amazing job at my event. From the stage setup and lighting to the audio, everything worked seamlessly. Cam, Roumain and Jordan were very easy to work with. The outdoor venue as well as the breakout rooms all functioned perfectly throughout the multiple days of my conference. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again at my next event.

Working with Cam and AV media was a pleasure. When working with Cam, rest assure that he and his crew will provide you with what you need, when you need it, and deliver it exceptionally well. The firm I work for has used them for several events and I could not speak more highly about Cam and AV media. Highly recommend, 10/10!!

AV Media at the Wyndham Orlando Resort is AMAZING! Cam, the sales manager at this location, and his staff are awesome. David, one of the staff members came by our registration desk area throughout the day to check to make sure we didn't need anything and I had him on speed dial just in case, at his request. We recently held our National Missing and Unidentified Persons Conference at the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive Convention Center in Floriday on May 9 - 11, 2023. We were so fortunate to have a top notch AV team from AVmedia... Cam Pilz, Nick and Cam. They were very professional, experienced, attentive and available during the entire conference.
