Fantastic customer service call resolved quickly
I’ve had no problem reaching AvMed’s customer service by phone, but the claims processing with Avmed in reference to claims from Quest has been a constant hassle. I received two Quest invoices in February totaling over $550, and I’m only responsible for a $5 co-pay. I’ve had no problem speaking with customer service with usually no hold time and I’ve always found their customer service reps very pleasant to speak with. My issue is with their claims processing. I received two invoices from Quest for labs totaling around $550 when all I am responsible for is a $5 co-pay.
