Craptastic insurance. I have been taking a medication for over 12 years. They won't cover it unless I'm dying. Three different people at this insurance told me what I needed to do, because my meds are covered. Only to receive a letter stating I need to be in hospice, have cancer or receiving palliative care to get it. My primary doctor is in their network, and they are denying the claim from my visit.
The Worst!! If I could give it a negative star I would. I can’t wait to change companies..

Monday February 2nd just waited 50 minutes on hold finally got through to “Camilla” gave her my member ID and then she hung up on me! Horrible customer service.
