I had a forced stop over in Ballina for one night and the Avlon was great. The room and facilities were just what I needed. The bed was comfortable and the spa and shower were top line.
Avlon Gardens Motel is a true hidden gem in Ballina and very reasonably priced. While the building itself is an older style, dating back to around the 1980s, don’t let that deter you—it certainly doesn’t reflect the experience you’ll have inside. The service at reception was faultless: friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the local area.
